Destination Services
Pre-arrival
Prior to arrival, Kam Silviason International Limited will contact the expatriate and send a “Personal Survey” which will assess the needs and priorities of the relocating assignee. The completed information will help us design a customized relocation service package.
Sight Seeing Trip
We advise companies to arrange this trip about one month in advance of the actual start of the assignment. This one week trip allows the expatriate to gain an insight into their future place of residence. During this trip, our team will familiarize the expatriate and the family with their destination area by touring houses, visiting schools, and looking at the various areas and points of interests.
Post-arrival
After the family arrives, our team will provide quality service and help the expatriates and their families settling into their new home area as quickly and as comfortable as possible.

POLICE ESCORT SERVICE
To provide additional security, all our airport transfers may be accompanied by armed police officers in separate escort vehicles, or at your request, in the same transfer vehicle. Your safety is of paramount importance to us.
Airport Protocol
We arrange first class protocol services for both departure and arrival at the Airports. We will assist in checking in formalities and luggage transfer. Our designated protocol officers who are familiar with the Airport are on ground 24/7 to ease off your arrival and departure stress.

Airport ID Cards: Availability of Airport ODC Cards for our staff to operate legally at the airport even to restricted areas. We are registered with FAAN passenger support service.
Airport Transfer: Our 18-Seater Nissan buses are available at the airport for necessary airport transfer coupled with our Toyota Camry, Toyota Prado VX and GX for your VIP’s.
Staff: Our experienced staff is on standby at the airport for legal welcome, meet and greet service.
